Manage data without deleting your account
FaceLinked.in is a professional social platform for healthcare practitioners. You can control much of your data inside the app without closing your account:
- Profile: Edit your name, phone, workplace, photo, and other profile fields from your profile page.
- Social content: Delete your posts or messages where the app provides a delete option.
- Profile media: Remove or replace your profile photo from your profile page.
- Push notifications: Turn off notifications in device settings or in the App.
Request access, correction, or deletion of specific data
To exercise privacy rights (access, correction, restriction, portability, or deletion of specific data without deleting your entire account, email:
Please include:
- The email address registered on your FaceLinked.in account
- What you are requesting (for example, a copy of your data or correction of your phone number)
- Enough detail for us to locate the information
We may verify your identity before fulfilling the request. We aim to respond within 30 days (or as required by your local law).
Note: Some data may be retained where required by law (for example, security logs or legal holds). We will explain what can and cannot be deleted in our reply.
Delete your entire account
To permanently delete your account and associated data, use the in-app flow described on our Delete your account page.
