1. Our commitment
FaceLinked.in is a professional social platform for authorised healthcare professionals. We are committed to keeping our platform free of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
We explicitly prohibit any content, behaviour, or use of the App that sexualises, exploits, endangers, or abuses children in any way.
2. Prohibited conduct (CSAE & CSAM)
Users of FaceLinked.in must not:
- Create, upload, share, solicit, promote, or distribute child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that sexualises minors
- Engage in child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including grooming, trafficking, or coercion involving minors
- Post content that facilitates the exploitation or abuse of children
- Use the App to contact, solicit, or arrange meetings with minors for abusive or exploitative purposes
- Impersonate minors or misrepresent age to interact with minors inappropriately
- Attempt to evade moderation, reporting, or enforcement related to child safety
Violations may result in immediate content removal, account suspension or permanent ban, preservation of evidence where required by law, and referral to law enforcement or child-protection authorities.
3. Eligibility and children
FaceLinked.in is intended for users who are at least 18 years old and who are healthcare professionals or otherwise authorised to use the App in their jurisdiction.
The App is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). Accounts found to belong to minors may be removed.
4. In-app reporting and feedback
FaceLinked.in provides in-app mechanisms for users to report concerns:
- Report post: On another user’s post, open the post menu (⋯) and tap Report post. Choose a reason and add optional details.
- Block or mute: Use Block user or Mute user from the same menu to limit harmful interactions.
For child-safety concerns, urgent reports, or issues you cannot resolve in the App, email our child safety contact (see Section 7) with the subject line “Child safety report — FaceLinked.in”. Include relevant post links, usernames, screenshots, and dates if available.
5. Enforcement and review
When we receive a report or otherwise obtain knowledge of a potential CSAE or CSAM violation, we:
- Review the report and related content promptly
- Remove CSAM and other violating content and restrict or terminate offending accounts
- Preserve information as required for safety investigations and legal obligations
- Escalate confirmed or suspected CSAM to appropriate authorities (see Section 6)
- Cooperate with law enforcement and Google Play where required
We may update our enforcement procedures as laws, technology, and platform policies evolve.
6. Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
Upon obtaining actual knowledge of CSAM on FaceLinked.in, we take appropriate action, including removing the material and disabling accounts responsible, in accordance with these standards and applicable law.
Where required, we report confirmed CSAM to relevant authorities, which may include:
- United States: National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline — report.cybertip.org
- Other regions: The competent national or regional child-protection or law-enforcement authority
If you encounter CSAM anywhere on the internet, do not share or download it. Report it to your local authority or NCMEC (if applicable) immediately.
7. Legal compliance
FaceLinked.in complies with applicable child-safety laws and regulations. We maintain processes to handle CSAM reports, support user safety, and cooperate with lawful requests from authorities.
These standards supplement our Privacy Policy and in-app Terms and Conditions. They do not constitute legal advice.
